Scientifically Designed & Proven Training Programs
All of our programs are created by Steven A Morgan, world-renowned strength and conditioning performance coach to numerous elite and professional athletes, as well as collegiate All-Americans. Our programs are scientifically designed to improve total body strength, speed, quickness and agility.

Degreed & Certified Coaches
All of our coaches are certified by at least one (most of our trainers hold two or more certifications) of the nationally recognized certification organizations. Experience, Experience, Experience…. We have years of training and coaching experience with a variety of athletes this will allow us to develop a program that will fit your needs.

Guaranteed Personal Attention From The Coach
Athletes train in groups of 8 or less. We believe that training in small groups allows more personal one-on-one attention between coach and athlete, which ensures that each athlete will be able to get the instructions they need in order to improve.

Guaranteed Improvement!
That’s right – guarantee. We are so confident in our programs that we guarantee results after 16 sessions or classes. Each athlete or client will be pre tested to establish base line numbers in cardiovascular, strength, functional power, quickness, speed, and body measurements. These tests will be conducted again upon completion of prescribed program, in order to compare the results and analyze for further training improvements.

Comprehensive Testing & Monitoring
Are you getting faster? Did you gain muscle or fat in the off-season? How well do you stack up against other athletes in your sport around the country? Testing is fast becoming the only way to prescribe sport specific training programs for athletes. Nutritional plans, cardiovascular workouts and strength training periodizations are all based on testing results. The type of testing depends largely on the sport, it is safe to say that tests for speed, power, cardiovascular and body measuring are the focus of most testing criteria. The athlete is monitored and the program changed according to development.

One-On-One Meetings with Athletes, Parents & Coaches
Periodic meetings are scheduled between coaches, athletes and parents to discuss the athlete’s performance and improvement, and to give parents the opportunity to better understand the program and what their child is experiencing. Steve has been a strength coach for 15 years preparing athletes for competition. Mr. Morgan will conduct this session and both parents and athlete/client will be able to ask questions and receive constructive feedback as to how to improve.
